Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of QuickLead Casa, the portfolio, the Decision Assistant, and related services.

QuickLead Casa is under active development. Features, limits, and pricing may change. We will communicate significant changes via the website or email.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using QuickLead Casa, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

2. What QuickLead Casa does

QuickLead Casa is a browser extension that captures real estate listings from property portals in one click. It extracts listing details (price, area, photos, description, agent contact) and adds them to your personal portfolio. The Decision Assistant (AI) analyses each listing and provides a second opinion — including price context, red flags, questions to ask, and a suggested next step.

AI outputs are suggestions, not professional advice. They do not replace property visits, technical inspections, valuations, or legal/financial counsel. You are responsible for verifying information and making your own decisions.

3. Plans and credits

QuickLead Casa offers the following plans:

  • Free: 50 credits per month, up to 10 properties, AI chat included. No credit card required.
  • Top-up: 500 additional credits for €4.99 (one-time purchase). Credits persist across billing cycles.
  • Plus Monthly: 2,000 credits per month, up to 250 properties, up to 5 family members — €19.99/month.
  • Plus Quarterly: Same as Plus Monthly — €29.99 per 3 months.
  • Premium: Coming soon.

Credit costs: 5 per listing capture, 1 per chat message, 2 per phone send to QuickContact.

Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Top-up credits persist until used. Prices are pilot prices and may be revised in the future.

4. Billing and payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing credits or a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees including VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period.

Refunds for top-ups or subscriptions may be requested within 14 days of purchase via support@quicklead.tools.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent limits. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Family members invited to your portfolio through the Plus plan share your credits and properties, and can see each other's captures and notes.

6. Acceptable use

  • Use QuickLead Casa for personal property search purposes.
  • Do not use the service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities.
  • Do not attempt to extract data in bulk, bypass rate limits, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Do not misrepresent yourself to agents or agencies using information from the service.
  • Respect the terms of service of the property portals you use.

7. Service protection

We may apply rate limits, credit caps, and abuse prevention measures to protect the service. We may throttle, suspend, or investigate accounts that show abusive or unusual patterns.

8. Your content

You own the notes, profile facts, and preferences you add to your portfolio. We do not claim ownership of your content. We process it only to provide the service as described.

9. QuickContact (Android app)

QuickContact is a separate Android app that can receive contacts from your QuickLead Casa portfolio. Using QuickContact requires Google Sign-In with the same account. QuickContact has its own terms applicable to saved contacts, device permissions, and Google account access.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may stop using QuickLead at any time and request account deletion.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickLead and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data arising from your use of the service.

Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
