Acceptable Use Policy
This Policy describes uses of QuickLead that are not allowed, including for pilot and early-access deployments.
1. No unlawful marketing or spam
Do not use QuickLead for unlawful marketing, unsolicited bulk outreach, robocalling, spam, or any activity that violates telecom, consumer protection, anti-spam, or privacy laws.
2. No abusive scraping or abusive-scale automation
Do not use QuickLead to perform scraping or automation at abusive scale, to evade third-party access restrictions, or to process data in ways that violate site terms or applicable law.
3. No harassment, stalking, or doxxing
Do not use QuickLead to identify, contact, profile, track, intimidate, harass, or expose people in harmful ways.
4. No sensitive or high-risk use without written approval
Do not use QuickLead for sensitive or high-risk activities without explicit written approval from QuickLead. This includes processing that would reasonably require enhanced controls, specialist review, or a negotiated agreement.
5. No reverse engineering or security abuse
Do not probe for vulnerabilities, attempt unauthorised access, bypass quotas or access controls, extract hidden prompts or secrets, or otherwise interfere with the security or availability of the service.
6. Only process data you have the right to process
You may only upload, transmit, or process phone numbers, page context, exports, and other content through QuickLead if you have the right and lawful basis to do so.
7. No prohibited high-impact decisioning
Do not use QuickLead, directly or indirectly, for credit, employment, housing, law enforcement, immigration, insurance, education admission, or similarly high-impact decisions unless QuickLead has expressly agreed in writing to that use.
8. Enforcement
QuickLead may monitor for abuse and may throttle, suspend, or terminate access for violations of this Policy, the Terms, or applicable law.
