Portal compatibility depends on the country where you're looking for property. QuickLead currently lists verified compatibility for Portugal, Spain, France, Italy and Germany — coverage is not universal, so listings from other portals are not captured automatically.

Is this just a bookmark manager like Pocket or Raindrop?

No. QuickLead saves the property with structured fields — price, property type, size and agent —.

Is the shared family portfolio free?

No — it's a Plus plan feature.

Does the AI assistant decide for me?
